We just returned from a wonderful vacation in Kauai, where we stayed at the Kauai Marriott Resort & Beach Club in Luhie, HI. It was a week of rest, relaxation, and stunning views. Some of the highlights of the week included: surfboard lessons (!), a sail/catamaran adventure (where we went snorkeling, and saw dolphins and sea turtles) and driving around the island, enjoying the scenery.

As it turns out, I am my father's daughter when it comes to taking vacation pictures. (Much to my amazement, and Dick's dismay) The camera highlight of the trip was went we went sailing/snorkeling and I brought 3 cameras along: the digital (The Canon Powershot rules, by the way) the underwater (for snorkeling) and the infamous "sticker-picture" camera (Poloroid I-Zone) which I use to add pictures to our travel journal.
