"Big Country Breakfast"

From their album titled, "Big Country Breakfast"
and if you remember the band "Big Country" from the 80s, you'll know what I'm talking about...
We made a delicious Big Country Breakfast yesterday complete with scrambled eggs, grits, country ham and homemade biscuits.
We do this on a fairly regular basis, but yesterday was the first time that I've made the biscuits from scratch. (does making biscuits starting with Bisquick count as "by scratch"?
It was really yummy, and a GREAT way to start the day!
This Chinese girl can cook a Southern Breakfast! Dick's family would be proud :)
