Reading update
I just got a call from my sister-in-law, Meg, in North Carolina. She and her 9 year old son, Peter, have both already finished reading the last Harry Potter book! Wow! I knew they were both quick readers, but, WOW.
I'm exactly 1/3 of the way through - 250 pages into a 749 page book.
I was up last night 'til 3:00, and woke up this morning at 8:30. I thought I was doing well!
My Mom and my sister are still waiting to have their books delivered via UPS today. How frustrating.
I think this all fairly amusing, and think it's great that all this worldwide excitement and anticipation is over a book!
