Tonight's Dinner
I don't think it gets much fresher than this!
This morning, Pete brought over a bunch of heirloom tomatoes from
their garden. I cut a couple, added some fresh basil, red onion and
fresh mozzarella on top of a bed of watercress, topped with some
Italian olive oil. Nice!
