For Sale: Dick's Childhood

Dick's sister, Kathy, sent us an email this morning alerting us that their childhood home in Cullowhee, NC is on the market.
Dick's reaction: "THEY'RE SELLING MY CHILDHOOD!!"
I asked him if he wanted to buy back his childhood.
I mean, how many people ever have the opportunity to do that?
"Buy back your childhood! Only $200K!"
That makes it sound like the deal of the century.
Here's the listing.
I always loved knowing that Dick grew up on Briar Patch Road.
Dick says it hasn't changed too much since he last saw it.
I think it's pretty neat to see photos of what your old house looks like years later.
